When physical or mental suffering are knocking on our door, we lock our body temple as the safest treasure. BUT it finds its way through the opened shutters of our heart and it stays and it grows till it is being welcomed with heartfelt gratitude.
Life isn’t perfect. As I love to say perfectly imperfect. But we don’t have to let perfect be the enemy of good as Ella Mills says.
Life is about being present for all moments.
To free ourselves from the prison of isolation.
Sometimes it means to be literally soaked in emotions. This is a healthy way how to be busy.
Busy to be happy.
Busy to be loved.
Busy to be sad and even angry.
To numb one emotion always means to numb all of them and get paralysed by uncontrolled situations, which even might be dangerous. It’s very common to hardwire ourselves to intensify the good emotions and extinguish the bad ones.
Each time we suppress any emotions they escalate. We become more and more like a walking target. Then almost everything makes us sad, jealous, angry..etc. We waste so much energy in unimportant moments like when we gossip a lot, because we feel insecure. Moments when we fight a lot, because we don’t know how to communicate.
We can't afford energetically to keep going on this trajectory. Do not cheat life that way. It’s extremely energetically damaging.
There is always a ray of light to follow:
~ it's so ok to live life day at a time
~ there are no quick fixes
~ remember if you feel it, you can change it and only YOU can transform it
~ find what makes you feel better: yoga, meditation and food (of course highly recommended:)
BUT
don’t start the habit today you don’t think that you could do 10 years from now.
Dont force yourself to be good. Yoga and Meditation help you to know the difference between a closed and open mind, gradually developing the self-awareness and kindness as Pema Chodron says. This helps you to unlock love.
If we acknowledge the love that we feel now and nurture it through these practices, the expansion will happen by itself.
And if you don’t know??
Let others love you more and more and more until you learn to love yourself.
You deserve it.
