YOGA & SOUND THERAPIST

One of my favourite self-care tools for building a flexible cognitive mind and thinking body is Sound Meditation.
Invite yourself for Sound Bath, where there is nothing for you to do, but to be, who you are right now at this precious moment. Space where you are guided through (un)comfortable times to a place to feel safe and warm, where everyone is welcome.
At the beginning it can be helpful to check in with your mind by asking yourself a series of questions to help you contact your mind and to help you to become aware of what’s happening right now. I found out how difficult it might be for us to name, what we are feeling. Sometimes we get confused feeling over emotion, thought over mood... According to Brené Brown without understanding how our feelings, thoughts and behaviours work together, it's almost impossible to find our way back to ourselves and each other. Brené believes when we don’t understand how our emotions shape our thoughts and decisions, we become disembodied from our own experiences and disconnected from each other. So long as we don’t understand how our emotions work, we’re at their mercy. The hopeful part about it is ~ when we can name it, we can heal it. Mark Solm describes, that feelings make us aware that something unexpected (or something unpredicted or something uncertain) is occurring. The work of the mind is thinking. In the primary case, in the standard situation, feelings come first. Thoughts are ways of dealing with feelings – ways of, as it were, thinking our way out of feelings – ways of finding solutions that meets the needs that lie behind the feelings. Brené describes human emotions as layers of biology, biography, behaviour and backstory. A strong feeling deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.
Lets give it a try.
What is the quality of your mind at this moment??
Do not change it.
Do not seek for the best answer.
Do not judge it.
Find your limit and expand there ~ truly, kindly and fully.
Give yourself time and space today to feel. It is all valid.
Why is it so important??
Very honest moments allow you to experience you fully at the present moment. To be willing to stay with yourself during the session is never wrong. Even though you might experience your mind wandering into places you didn’t want to go. Your opinion how did it go is not important. What is important that you try to develop this loyalty being here and now with yourself for yourself with everything that’s happening. During Sound Meditation you nurture kindness to pamper any thought, feeling or emotion calling for your attention without questioning. Each repetition cultivates more flexible cognitive mind as thinking body where you are accepting unknown, seeing everything clear, relaxing into the present moment and developing courage to feel underlying emotions. This is not magic, this is a transformative process.
Why should we imagine??
It improves your mental flexibility, wakes up your imagination according to Bessel van der Kolk. Imagination is absolutely critical to the quality of your lives, because it helps you to leave your routine everyday existence by fantasising about love, travel, food - all the things that make life interesting. When you imagine, you get an opportunity to envision new possibilities where hope is planted and can bloom. Imagination fires our creativity and helps our pain. Without it there is no hope to envision a better future.
How to boost your imagination??
I have an answer called Sound Meditation. Sound Bath is very nurturing and cultivating all feelings, thoughts and emotions.
Did you know the real purpose of meditation?? As Pema Chodron says: “Meditation gives you the opportunity to have an open, compassionate attentiveness to whatever is going to. The meditative space is like the big sky - spacious, vast enough to accommodate anything that arises.” Picture your thoughts, feelings and emotions like clouds that dwell and pass away. All of them (good and bad and everything in between) comes and goes. To be 100% loyal to yourself no matter what without
labelling and
judging.
The quality of your life depends on the quality of our actions. Here is one waiting for you. Experience is often better than explanation.
Sound Meditation can teach you about your place in the world.
enJOY with curiosity, courage, vulnerability, love and everything in between.
